Cancellation Policy

Normal Period

Cancellation requires 24 hours notice prior to arrival. If cancelled within 24 hours, the full tariff for the first night will be charged.

Peak Period

For peak periods, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in. If cancelled within 48 hours, 100% of the first night and 50% of remaining nights will be charged.

Pet Policy

No pet rooms are available.

Please Note

1. Credit card is required to secure booking.
2. Full payment is processed on arrival day before check-in.
3. If payment fails and no update is provided by 3 PM, booking will be cancelled automatically.
