TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Cessnock Vintage Motor Inn

Your Credit Card details will be used to guarantee your reservation, with full payment on the day of check-in before arrival.

Guest Credit Card will be charged for full amount on the day of arrival (before check-in). If card declines, we will get in touch with guest. If guest will not provide correct information of credit card or will not get in touch with us about the decline payment by 3pm (on the day of arrival), booking will be cancelled from our system automatically and room will be available for new guest.

Check-in time starts from 2pm. If you are arriving late, we can arrange after hours check-in. Please call office at (02) 4990 4333 to arrange the same.

Check-out time is strictly 10am.

Not all rooms are Pet friendly. Pets are not allowed in Queen Deluxe/Queen Deluxe Triple/Quad, Queen Standard/Triple/Quad, Family Room, Queen Deluxe Disable Accessible Room, Interconnecting Room or Executive Spa Room. Pets are only allowed in dedicated Pet Friendly rooms. Please let us know if you have a pet before check-in.

$100.00 Cleaning fee may apply if a room is left in a dirty condition, this includes any bad odours.

All cancellations must be made directly to office. Please call 02-49904333 for any query.

Guests are responsible for their belongings inside room. Motel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Smoking/Cooking is not allowed in rooms. Outdoor sitting has been arranged for smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside every room.

Noise restrictions apply after 9pm.
